De e‑reader doet precies wat hij moet doen. Ik ben er erg blij mee en hij is heel eenvoudig in gebruik. Ook de verpakking ziet er prachtig uit, ik heb ze wel eens slechter gezien haha.
Kan niet in het donker lezen. En dat staat wel vermeld

Zoals wij ook persoonlijk per e-mail hebben toegelicht, beschikt dit model inderdaad niet over schermverlichting. Om die reden adverteren wij hier ook niet mee.
In onze productbeschrijving staat juist expliciet vermeld: *'Dankzij het rustgevende E-ink scherm zonder actieve schermverlichting lees je zoals bij een echt boek.'*
Deze e-reader is ontworpen om te lezen met omgevingslicht, vergelijkbaar met een traditioneel papieren boek.
Wij vinden het uiteraard jammer dat dit niet aansloot bij uw verwachtingen, maar hopen dat deze toelichting toekomstige klanten meer duidelijkheid geeft.

Eenvoudig maar goed
Ik heb de Veloura eReader nu al een tijdje en ben er echt heel tevreden over. Hij is makkelijk in gebruik en leest gewoon heel fijn. Ik ben niet iemand die snel een review schrijft, maar dit product verdient het echt. Ik gebruik hem met veel plezier en zou hem zeker aanraden aan anderen.
Snelle levering en top service! Fijne bediening en ideaal dat het een Android eReader is — ik zit niet meer vast aan abonnementen zoals bij Kobo Plus. Boeken overzetten gaat super makkelijk, echt een aanrader!
Een mooie e-reader die net wat goedkoper is dan de Kobo's en Pocketbooks.
Ik heb speciaal gezocht naar eentje zonder schermverlichting. Ik lees graag nog even voor het slapen, maar door het blauwlicht van mijn vorige e-reader kreeg ik snel droge ogen.
De eerste avond meteen uitgeprobeerd. Ik merk het verschil tussen met en zonder schermverlichting. Minder last van droge ogen en ik kwam gisteren ook sneller in slaap :D
Het enige wat minder kan zijn, is dat ik in de avond wel een nachtlampje aan moet hebben vanwege het scherm. Maar dat is bij een boek ook altijd nodig en is waarschijnlijk ook beter voor mijn ogen ;)
Mijn moeder maakt al een tijd gebruik van een e-reader, die ik af-en-toe ook gebruikte, waardoor ik zelf aan het zoeken was voor eentje. Uiteindelijk gekozen voor deze.
Vergeleken met die van mijn moeder, vind ik dat deze e-reader erg goed is voor de prijs. Wat ook heel fijn is, is dat ik niet vast zit aan abbonnementen voor boeken, zoals Kobo Plus. Het is namelijk mogelijk om zelf boeken toe te voegen. Dit duurde wel even, maar met de handleiding erbij is dit zo uitgevogeld.
Het scherm was wel even wennen, maar dit merk je alleen 's avonds. Simpel opgelost, lampje erbij en lezen, zoals een normaal boek.
Kortom: prima e-reader en absoluut het geld waard!
